While BayToGo will make reasonable efforts to ensure performance of its services, these factors can interfere with carrying your notifications (such as Internet slowdown or wireless network availability).

You understand that BayToGo does not send notifications for items that are listed in Dutch Auctions.

BayToGo reserves the right to charge fees for its services. BayToGo further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.
